Victoria Toda has been in the beauty industry since 2004. Victoria began her career in retail as a brand manager for Clarins and Thierry Mugler in the Philippines, and later at the Spa at Mandarin Oriental in Washington, D.C., before relocating to Los Angeles to formally study hairstyling and makeup techniques.
